Coach House Insurance Is a Complicated Issue!

The liability issue is a tricky one! One of the homeowners technically owns all of the garages and leases them on permanent leases (typically 999 years) back to the homeowners of the other coach houses. There are
usually 3 coach houses built as 1 plot - although this can vary. As a technical 'landlord', there is no screening or selection of tenants by the landlord, although he is technically liable for any damage they cause!
